David Holloway is a Singapore-based consultant, facilitator and coach.

Throughout a broad-ranging career in Australia, Asia Pacific and the United States, David has held sales, business development, human resources, legal and leadership roles in numerous multinational companies, and has worked extensively as a facilitator, coach, trainer and consultant. He has specialist expertise in sectors such as digital media, professional services entrepreneurship, entertainment, and technology. He is passionate about leadership and about the intersection of corporate strategy and human capital.

Prior to moving to Singapore, David lived in New York City, Hong Kong and Sydney. His previous employers include AOL, where as the Asia Pacific head of business development he led the company’s re-entry to the markets of Asia Pacific. At BMG, he was the Asia Pacific head of human resources, business affairs and business development, a role in which he was the HR leader for 13 operating units in the region and in which he managed the company’s corporate development and digital distribution activity throughout Asia Pacific. At Microsoft, he was Organisational Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand, leading cultural change initiatives, leadership development, succession planning and all training activities. Upon arriving in Singapore, he became the head of corporate sales for Avado Learning, a role in which he sold the company’s suite of training solutions to enterprises in South East Asia.

For a total of six years David was an Associate with RogenSI (now TTEC Digital), where he coached and trained extensively with clients such as Deloitte, Nomura, HSBC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the New York Stock Exchange and Lazard. As a leadership training consultant with Leading Initiatives Worldwide in Sydney, David delivered both classroom and experiential programs to clients such as Pfizer, Cisco, Macquarie Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and he developed and led several leadership assessment programs.
